By accessing and using the services provided by LIGA HOSTING LTD, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Service Use

You agree to use our hosting services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to: spam, hosting malware, phishing sites, illegal file sharing, and any activity violating applicable laws.

3. Payment and Billing

Services are billed in advance. Failure to pay may result in suspension after 3 days and termination after 14 days. Refunds follow our 30-day money-back guarantee for new customers.

4. Service Level Agreement

We strive for 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance and excluded from SLA calculations.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund.
